Non-holders can't vote, no one votes twice, nothing counts after the deadline, and a thin or split vote fails closed. We provide the voting machine; the partners decide. Pure logic; non-custodial; nothing broadcast.

The governance rules, enforced

A tokenized partnership governed by equity-weighted vote. Each partner's voting weight comes straight from the cap table. A proposal passes only when quorum is met and the winning option clears a supermajority threshold. Each "Run it" button drives a different real operation on this partnership — the engine, not this page, computes every result.

Pass: enough equity votes and the winner clears 60%. No quorum: turnout below 50 shares — proposal fails. Below threshold: quorum met but winner under 60% — proposal fails. Non-holder, double vote, and late vote are each rejected at cast time — one vote per holder, holders only, before the deadline.
