The engine
Trustless commerce for agents and RWA flows: an agent-payable manifest → signed quote/receipt → micro-payment → conditional escrow, with cross-ledger settlement finality and fail-closed asset custody. Compliance-clear → pay → log; deny → no payment. Settlement engines emit UNSIGNED instructions you sign and broadcast — proven end-to-end on XRPL testnet (see provenance).
The delivery
A plugin, not a platform — drop it into your own stack. You receive a self-hostable module plus a hosted JSON API and its OpenAPI spec, so you compose Settlement Suite into your product instead of rebuilding this layer.
