1 · What we collect

• Email address — only if you submit it: in the access/contact form, or at checkout so we can deliver your license.
• Visitor cookie — a random identifier (fas_vid) set when you use the Sterling chat, so the conversation can continue across visits. It is not used for advertising and is not shared.
• Chat logs — what you write to Sterling, the site concierge, stored against your visitor cookie so Sterling remembers the conversation. Chat messages are processed automatically to generate replies.
• Order metadata — for purchases: your email, the product, and the payment reference (destination tag / memo). Note the XRP Ledger is a public blockchain: the payment transaction itself is public by nature, but nothing on-chain names you.
• Standard server logs — IP-derived request logs for security and rate-limiting.

2 · What we do with it

Deliver licenses you bought, reply when you write to us, keep Sterling's conversation coherent, and protect the site from abuse. That's the whole list.

3 · What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. There is no third-party analytics or ad tracking on this site.

4 · Retention and deletion

Lead and order records are kept while they're operationally needed (delivering and supporting your license). Chat logs persist so returning visitors can pick up where they left off. To have your email, chat history or lead record deleted, email [email protected] from the address in question — we delete and confirm.
