Frederick & Sons is Jesse Frederick. I design, build, audit and ship the whole stack myself — no outsourced core, no anonymous team behind a logo. I got tired of waiting for other people to build the future I wanted, so I'm building it.
Why this exists
Tokenized assets and autonomous agents are moving real value on-chain, but the boring, load-bearing parts — is this counterparty allowed to transact, is this price real, did this settlement actually finalize, can anyone audit it later — are usually bolted on after the fact, if at all. Frederick & Sons builds those parts as software you run yourself: fail-closed compliance, manipulation-resistant pricing, trustless settlement, and tamper-evident audit. You own the license, you host it, you hold your own keys. We never take custody of your funds.
How we work — and how you can check
- Non-custodial by design (BYOC). Our tools emit instructions; you sign, broadcast and custody. We hold no keys and move no one's money. This is a structural choice, not a promise.
- Adversarially audited before it ships. Every payment and security path is put through adversarial review and independent audit passes before it goes live. Where a module has a published provenance card or signed attestation, the claim links to the artifact — see how it's built.
- We do our own security research. We actively hunt and responsibly disclose vulnerabilities in third-party protocols, and hold our own code to that same bar (security).
- Honest about our stage. This is early access and pre-revenue. We publish no customer logos, metrics or testimonials we don't have, and we say plainly when something is "in progress" rather than shipped.
