Refund & Recovery
1 · Digital-license sales are final
Our products are self-hosted source bundles delivered instantly and inspectably — each ships with its full test suite, and product pages describe exactly what's inside before you pay. Because the goods are copyable on delivery, a delivered license is not refundable. If you are unsure before buying, ask: [email protected], or use the site chat.
2 · Payment went wrong? Recovery paths
- Forgot the destination tag / memo — the payment can't be matched automatically, so it is held for manual review. Email your tx hash; we match it and deliver.
- Quote expired (paid after 30 minutes) — held for manual review; same path, email the tx hash.
- Paid the wrong amount — underpayments and overpayments are reconciled manually; we deliver and/or return the difference.
- Sent the wrong token — anything other than XRP or official Ripple-issued RLUSD is held for manual review, never auto-delivered, and returned.
- Paid but never received the download — email your tx hash and order ID (shown on the checkout page after you claim); we verify on-ledger and deliver manually.
Recovery returns are sent on-chain, in the currency you paid, to the sending address (or another address you control, verified by email exchange). We do not charge recovery fees; network transaction fees are the only cost.
3 · Not delivered as described
If a bundle you received is materially not what its product page described at the time of purchase, write within 14 days with specifics. If we can't fix it promptly, we refund — that's the honest exception to rule 1.
4 · Card payments
Card checkout is coming soon and is not yet available — today payment is XRP/RLUSD only. When cards go live, this policy will be updated with the card-specific terms before the first card sale.
